Privacy Policy
This website does not use any additionally implemented analytics or tracking services. Its own usage and page-view events are disabled. Technically necessary data processing as part of hosting, and data transfers when loading external content, remain unaffected by this.

Hosting and Server Logs
This website was built with Base44 and is hosted there. When its pages are requested, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time of access, requested file and browser and device information may be processed in server logs. This is required to deliver and secure the website.
The website's own usage and page-view events are disabled; the website itself does not log page views or usage. Technically required data processing at platform and hosting level, which I cannot switch off, remains unaffected by this.
The data region setting of the underlying Base44 account is set to the United States. Further information about data processing by Base44 can be found in Base44's privacy policy.
Contact by Email
There is no contact form on this website. The contact link opens your email application; no data is transmitted to the website in the process. Personal data is only processed once you actually send an email: your email address, your name and the content of your message.
These data are used exclusively to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract. The message is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
YouTube Videos
Individual project pages embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) via the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com. A video only plays after a click. Even loading the player and the preview images can transmit data to Google/YouTube, including the IP address and technical information about the browser and device.

Self-Hosted Videos
Some clips are served directly through this website's hosting and storage infrastructure, not through a third-party player. When these files are requested, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time of access, requested file and browser and device information may be processed in server logs.
External Links
References to external offerings, for example Spotify, are ordinary links. A connection to the respective provider is only established when you click the link; from that point on the provider's privacy policy applies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and, where the conditions are met, to object to processing and to withdraw consent you have given. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
